The Patient Participation Group (PPG) are looking for something to buy to improve the waiting area for patients. The survey is currently being run from the electronic check-in machine.

Your feedback is really important to us - here are a few examples of how we have used your feedback to improve the Surgery and the services we provide!
You said: "I don't like the sterile environment of the new centre"
We did: The surgery put up additional noticeboards and shelves, and purchased a fish thank to create a friendlier environment.
You said: "Make [the waiting area] friendlier especially for children"
We did: The surgery worked together with the PPG to fundraise and purchase a children's table and chair set for the waiting room.
You said: "Trying to fit in appointments when you work unsocial hours, you then have to take a days hol"
We did: Extended Hours is currently being trialled three mornings a week with Dr Minshall to improve accessibility for patients who can't attend the surgery during our normal working hours.
You said: "Review appointments cannot be booked far enough in advance"
We did: Clinics are now always available for appointments to be booked 6-8 weeks in advance.
